No. You can use the calculator and see basic results (ISO class and risk level) without creating an account. An account is created automatically when you buy a pass or subscribe.

When your 24-hour pass or Project Pass expires, your account reverts to the free tier (basic results only). Your account itself stays - you can sign in any time to download earlier PDF reports, buy another pass, or subscribe to Pro.

Yes. Subscribers can upgrade to Pro+ from this page or your dashboard at any time - you're charged the prorated difference immediately and the extra features unlock right away. There's no need to start a new subscription.
